How do you upload MS Office docs on the PEARL? Also, I only have PICTURES, RINGTONES, VIDEO and MUSIC forlders; how do I create more ( i right-click and selected NEW but even though in the sync wizard on the computer I see the new folder, I cannot see it in the PEARL). thanx for any help

Are you just wanting to view Word docs? You should already be able to do that with any Word doc you receive via email.

If you want to do more than that, you will need a third party program like eOffice for BB. Try looking on Handango for the software.

Without some third party application, you probably will not be able to see those folders that you want to create on the memory card.
